Take along your camera or camcorder. The Butterfly Place encourages photography and you’ll want to share photos of these beautiful flying flowers with everyone you know. However, tripods are not allowed during regular business hours. If you are a serious photographer and you want to use a tripod, visit the Butterfly Place between 7:30 and 9:30 am. The main room of the Butterfly Place resembles a rainforest. It is maintained at a warm 80 degrees Fahrenheit and humidity levels are high in order to reproduce the butterflies’ natural habitat. This environment has been carefully designed for the development and propagation of some of the most amazing creatures in the world.

The Butterfly Place consists of a 9,000 square feet building that is made totally out of glass to provide natural lighting in a greenhouse setting. The Butterfly Place is located at 2400 State Highway 165, Branson, Missouri, just one half mile north of the Chateau on the Lake Convention Center. If you wish more information, call 417-332-2231 or fax 417-332-2232. You may also contact the Butterfly Place by e-mail. mail@butterflyplace.com
